3. Use of Data & SLA Execution
Data collected is processed strictly to coordinate engineer arrivals, issue ticket confirmation references, stream photographic proof of execution, and generate white-label audit reports for connected MSPs and enterprise clients.
4. Data Security & Storage
All submitted files, site diagrams, and customer sign-off records are encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3) under ISO 27001 compliance standards.
